Yesterday we went to the park for a Playgroup. We packed a lunch and afterword I was crazy enough to plan on going grocery shopping. As soon as we got there The Girl was off and running. she swung, slid, jumped, flew, battled monsters, performed magic tricks, grew to be a giant, and then with her new found giant appetite wanted lunch. She ate all the marshmallows, and the apple slices and nibbled at the sandwich. As soon as she was done she wondered off for a while and The Boy finished his sweet potatoes. I had just finished cleaning him off and he was gone. The Girl was carrying him off to the play ground.After tracking her down I learned that she wanted to show the other children she had been playing with her brother. So I convinced her that I would carry The Boy for her and we walked around the whole play ground and at each group of kids she would stop and in the most animated impression of Vanna White I have seen she showed off her baby brother.
