For The Girl's Birthday dinner she picked hamburgers with avocado and mushrooms. This is what I made.
1 pound ground venison
1/4 pound ground 73/27 ground beef
1/2 a container of crimini mushroom (baby portobello)
1/4 an onion
grated swiss cheese
Mix meats and season to taste. then make an even number of very thin wide patties.
Dice onions and mushrooms and sauté until soft sweet and lightly brown.
Place a spoonfull of the mushrooms and oinions on one patty, add some cheese.
Stack with a second patty and re-form them into one filled patty.
Grill to deliciousness.
Then add extra swiss to the top.
